摘要
炭素阴极的电解膨胀率是评价铝电解槽阴极质量的一个重要指标,阴极电解膨胀率不仅与阴极材料的材质有关,与电解的技术条件也有关系。通过对不同石墨含量的阴极炭块在标准电解质条件下和50%石墨质阴极在含钾电解质条件下分别进行电解膨胀率测试,分析不同阴极材料和钾盐电解质对电解膨胀率的影响,并对其机理进行了分析。结果表明,随着石墨含量的增加,阴极炭块的电解膨胀率逐渐减少;随着电解质钾盐含量的增加(0~2.0%),50%石墨质阴极电解膨胀率逐渐增加。
The electrolytic expansion rate of the carbon cathode is an important index to evaluate the quality of the cathode of the aluminum reduction cell, which is not only related to the cathode material, but also to the technical conditions of electrolysis. In this paper, the electrolytic expansion rate of carbon cathodes with different graphite content under standard electrolyte conditions and 50%graphitic cathodes under potassium-containing electrolyte conditions are tested, respectively, to analyze the influence of different cathode materials and potassium salt electrolytes on the electrolytic expansion rate, and its mechanism has also been analyzed. The results show that with the increase of graphite content, the electrolytic expansion rate of the cathode carbon block gradually decreases;with the increase of potassium salt content(0~2.0%), the electrolytic expansion rate of 50% graphitic cathode gradually increases.
