Purification technology for carbon graphite materials by halogen gas

卤素气体提纯法是制备高纯炭石墨材料的一种重要方法。本文介绍了卤素气体提纯法工艺原理和常用卤素气体,并结合石墨提纯应用实例对该方法进行详细说明,最后探讨国内卤素气体提纯炭石墨材料的现存问题,指出对高端提纯装备国产化迫切需求。

Halogen gas purification is an important method to prepare high purity carbon graphite materials.This paper expounds the halogen gas purification principle and commonly used halogen gas, and then describes this method combined with graphite purification application examples in detail, and discusses the domestic existing problems in the purification of halogen gas for carbon graphite materials. Finally we point out the lack of the ultrahigh purity carbon/carbon composite materials, and put forward the urgent demand for homemade high-end purification equipment.
