摘要
AGMOUS-like 6(AGL6)亚家族是MADS-box转录因子中一个古老的分支,AGL6基因主要参与植物开花时间、花器官发育、花色形成以及果实发育等方面的调控。明确AGL6基因的起源时间,关注不同物种中AGL6亚家族成员的功能研究,将有助于进一步的了解花的发育及开花机理,同时为今后解读或破译MADS-box基因的形成顺序、进化和功能提供重要依据。本研究将着重论述AGL6亚家族基因的结构与生物进化、生物学功能,并阐述AGL6基因与上下游基因之间的调控关系。为进一步利用生物技术手段调控开花时间,提高植物的观赏价值及果实品质等提供理论依据。
The AGMOUS-like 6(AGL6)subfamily is an ancient branch of MADS-box transcription factors.The AGL6 genes can take part in to flowering time,floral organ development,flower color and fruit development regulation.Ascertaining the origin time of AGL6 gene,and identifying the functional studies of AGL6 subfamily members in different species will contribute to further understand flower development and flowering mechanism,and provide an important evidence for deciphering the formation sequence,evolution and function of MADS-box genes.So,in this paper,we focused on discussing the structure,biological evolution and functional of AGL6 subfamily gene,as well as elaborating the regulatory relationship between AGL6 gene and its upstream and downstream genes.It will provide theoretical basis for further utilization on flowering time regulation,ornamental value and fruit quality improvement of plants by means of biotechnology.
