摘要
土壤盐碱是影响水稻生长发育、产量和品质的重要环境因子,深入研究盐碱胁迫的相关问题有利于从多角度、多层面了解水稻相关耐盐机制,从而为栽培生产提供高效方法。本研究概述了盐碱胁迫对水稻生长发育、产量及稻米品质的影响,基于当前国内外研究,从光合作用、渗透调节及分子调控等方面阐述了耐盐碱生理机制,对未来全面深入开展水稻盐碱逆境的研究提出了建议。
Soil salinization is an important environmental factor that affects the growth,development,yield and quality of rice.It is helpful to the evaluation of soil salinization in order to understand rice-related salt tolerance mechanisms from multiple angles and levels to deeply study the problems related to saline-alkali stress,thereby providing efficient methods for cultivation and production.This article outlined the effects of saline-alkali stress conditions on rice growth and development,yield,and rice quality.Based on current domestic and foreign research,the physiological mechanisms of saline-alkali tolerance were described from the aspects of photosynthesis,osmotic regulation,and molecular regulation,some suggestions were put forward for further study on saline-alkali stress of rice in the future.
