早熟杏品种果实品质综合评价分析 被引量:7

Comprehensive Evaluation Analysis of Fruit Quality of Early Maturing Apricot Varieties

摘要 为综合评价早熟杏种质资源,对种质资源利用做出指导,本研究以26个早熟杏品种为试材,对14个性状进行了主成分分析和聚类分析。结果表明,14个性状指标可综合为5个主成分,累计贡献率81.7%。通过计算综合主成分值,综合排名第一为‘京脆红’,最后为‘红玉’。聚类分析将26个早熟杏品种聚为四类,结合综合主成分值排名,第Ⅱ类群果实发育期稍长,果个大,果实品质性状均衡,综合评价最优,是优异的早熟杏品种。第Ⅲ类果实香气浓郁,第Ⅳ类果实硬度较高,第Ⅰ类综合排名最低。综合分析发现,类群Ⅱ综合评价最为优异,可作为优异早熟杏栽培品种以及新品种选育中的骨干亲本。 To comprehensively evaluate the germplasm resources of early mature apricot,and to guide the utilization of germplasm resources.Twenty-six early maturing apricot varieties were evaluated based on principal component analysis and cluster analysis for 14 characters.The results show that:The principal components analysis showed that the cumulative contribution of variance of the first 5 traits principal components accounted for 81.7%.By calculating the comprehensive principal component values,‘Jingcuihong’ranked first overall and‘Hongyu’ranked last.Based on the clustering analysis,26 early-maturing apricot cultivars were grouped into four category,and combined with the comprehensive principal component value ranking,group Ⅱ was the best early-maturing apricot cultivars with longer fruit development period,larger fruit size,balanced fruit quality and traits.Category Ⅲ fruits have strong aroma,category Ⅳ fruits have higher hardness,and Category Ⅰ fruits have the lowest comprehensive ranking.The conclusion show that groupⅠhave the best comprehensive evaluation and could be used as cultivated varieties and the main parents of early-maturing apricot cultivars.
