精神分裂症患者精神残疾等级的影响因素

Influencing factors of mental disability grade in patients with schizophrenia

目的 探究精神分裂症患者精神残疾等级的影响因素。方法 选取2020年1月至2021年6月茂名市第三人民医院收治的精神分裂症患者85例为研究对象。采用一般资料问卷及世界卫生组织残疾评定量表第2版(WHO-DASⅡ)对所有患者进行问卷调查,记录患者性别、年龄、文化程度、月收入、民族、居住地、病程、未治期和婚姻状况等因素,采用多因素logistic回归分析精神分裂症患者精神残疾等级的影响因素。结果 单因素分析显示,年龄、性别、月收入、文化程度、居住地、病程和婚姻状况与精神分裂症患者精神残疾等级有关(P <0.05);多因素logistic回归分析显示,文化程度初中及以下、未婚、离异或丧偶、居住地在农村为精神分裂症患者精神残疾等级的独立影响因素(P <0.05)。结论 精神分裂症患者精神残疾等级与文化程度、婚姻状况、居住地有关,建议临床医护人员在药物治疗的基础上,为精神分裂症精神残疾患者提供针对性的干预措施以减轻患者残疾严重程度。

Objective To explore the influencing factors of the level of mental disability in patients with schizophrenia. Methods A total of 85 patients with schizophrenia admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Maoming City from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects. The general information questionnaire and the second edition of the World Health Organization Disability Rating Scale(WHO-DAS Ⅱ)were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on all patients, and record the patient’s gender, age, education level, monthly income, ethnicity, place of residence, course of disease, period of non-treatment and For factors such as marital status, multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of the level of mental disability in patients with schizophrenia. Results Univariate analysis showed that age, gender,monthly income, education level, residence, course of disease, and marital status were related to the level of mental disability in patients with schizophrenia(P < 0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that education level was junior high school or below, unmarried, divorced or widowed, living in the countryside is an independent factor influencing the level of mental disability in patients with schizophrenia(P < 0.05).Conclusion The level of mental disability in patients with schizophrenia is related to education level, marital status, and place of residence. It is recommended that clinical medical staff provide targeted interventions for patients with schizophrenia and mental disabilities based on drug treatment to reduce the severity of disability.
