基于WebRTC技术的远程教育制播系统

Distance Education Producing and Broadcasting System Based on WebRTC Technology

为响应教育部“停课不停学”的号召,山东教育电视台搭建了基于网页实时通信(Web Real-Time Communication,WebRTC)技术的远程教育制播系统,利用云端收录、点播及推流技术,解决了多人在线异地交流互动的难题,使身处多地的专家、教师、学生以及主持人共同完成节目直播和录制。本系统用于山东教育电视台的《空中课堂》《名师开讲》《开学第一课》等节目的制播工作,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。该系统不仅可以用于教育教学类节目的制播,也可用于异地多人在线的新闻访谈节目制播,其基于云端技术的虚拟演播三维合成、虚实景结合在线视频包装等技术,对大型综艺节目的录制也能产生很好的渲染效果,具有广泛推广价值。

In response to the call of the Ministry of education to “suspend classes without suspension”, Shandong Education TV Station has built a distance education production and broadcasting system based on Web Real-Time Communication(WebRTC) technology,which uses cloud recording, on-demand and streaming technology to solve the problem of online and remote communication and interaction among many people, so that experts, teachers, students and hosts in many places can jointly complete the live broadcast and recording of the program. This system has been used in the production and broadcasting of programs of Shandong Education TV Station,and has achieved good economic and social benefits. The system can be used not only for the production and broadcasting of educational and teaching programs, but also for the production and broadcasting of online news interview programs for many people in different places. Its virtual studio three-dimensional synthesis based on cloud technology, virtual reality combined with online video packaging and other technologies can also produce a good rendering effect for the recording of large-scale variety shows, which is of wide promotion value.
