摘要
采用不同的热处理制度对TC6合金进行等温退火处理,并在热处理后分别进行拉伸、KCT试验,分别得到TC6合金的强度值、塑性值和冲击韧度值。通过金相观察、分析,得到不同等温退火温度条件下,TC6钛合金的组织、强度、塑性和冲击韧度的变化规律。
The TC6 alloy has been subjected to isothermal annealing treatment with different heat treatment systems,and the tensile and KCT tests have been carried out respectively after heat treatment to obtain the strength,plasticity and impact toughness values of the TC6 alloy.Through metallographic observation and analysis,the changing laws of microstructure,strength,plasticity and impact toughness of TC6 titanium alloy at different isothermal annealing temperatures have been obtained.
