摘要
介绍了船用中速柴油机曲轴的轴颈表面与滑动轴瓦的接触面积对于曲轴加工是至关重要的,现有技术利用包容在半个曲轴轴颈表面的砂带圈对曲轴轴颈的面接触进行抛光;或是利用环形砂带外侧磨削面和曲轴轴颈的线接触实现抛光轴颈都存在砂带圈对曲轴轴颈的接触面积过小,抛光效果难于达到理想的轴颈表面与滑动轴瓦的接触面积要求。为此巧妙利用哈呋式结构设计粗、精抛光瓦,以此来解决抛光过程中,砂带圈对曲轴轴颈的接触面积过小的问题,同时针对装配以后,轴颈表面与滑动轴瓦接触面积和接触效果无法检验的问题,给出了抛光以后曲轴轴颈表面接触面积的检验方法和步骤,利用此种哈呋式抛光工艺和检验方法,可以最大程度地保障轴颈和轴瓦摩擦面的油膜完整,提高曲轴的使用寿命,同时此抛光工艺的效率极高,实践价值巨大。
This paper describes the great significance of the contact area between the crankshaft journal surface of marine medium-speed diesel engine and the sliding bearing pad to crankshaft machining.The existing technology uses an abrasive band on the half crankshaft journal surface to polish the crankshaft journal contact surface,or uses the line contact between the outer grinding surface of abrasive band and the crankshaft journal to polish the crankshaft journal.However,the both methods have the following problems:too small contact area between the abrasive band and the crankshaft journal and difficulty of polishing effect in meeting the desirable requirements of contact surface between journal surface and sliding bearing.For this,the roughly&highly polished bushes with half structural design are used to solve the problem of too small contact surface between the abrasive band and the crankshaft journal.Meanwhile,as the contact area between the journal surface and the sliding bearing pad and the contact effect cannot be tested after assembly,the inspection methods and steps for contact area of crankshaft journal surface after polishing are presented.This half polishing process and inspection method can ensure the integrity of the oil film on the friction surface between the journal and bearing pad to the greatest extent,and improve the service life of the crankshaft.Meanwhile,this polishing process is of high efficiency and great practical value.
