医院建筑具有功能性强,复杂程度高,建设周期长等特点,工程变更很难避免。本文通过对某三甲医院综合大楼病房装饰工程的变更进行分析,探讨工程变更产生的影响及产生的原因,从而找到相关对策,提高资金特别是财政建设资金使用的安全性及效率,为医院建设、医疗卫生服务水平的提升提供保障。

Hospital buildings have the characteristics of strong functionality,high complexity and long construction period,and engineering changes are difficult to avoid.This paper analyzes the ward decoration engineering changes in the comprehensive building of a tertiary hospital,discusses the impact and causes of the engineering change,and finds relevant countermeasures to improve the safety and efficiency of the use of funds,especially financial construction funds,which provide guarantees for the improvement of the hospital construction and health service levels.
