With the rapid development of economy,people’s requirements for life are constantly improving,especially for medical quality and medical environment.Under this circumstance,the construction work of the hospital is vigorously performed,and the scale of the construction is gradually expanding.The hospital project is different from the general construction project.Therefore,all participating enterprises are required to master the necessary professional knowledge,otherwise it will affect the subsequent use of the hospital,cause a failure to achieve the expected goal,result in the waste of human,material and financial resources,as well as other irreversible losses.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the management of hospital construction projects and improve the construction quality of construction projects.This paper mainly discusses the common problems and improvement measures in the management of hospital construction projects.
