北京某装配式棚户区改造项目,水平构件及竖向全部为混凝土预制构件,传统悬挑式防护脚手架需要在预制构件上预留洞口,故不宜使用。该项目在装配式混凝土预制竖向构件安装的安全防护中使用组合型刚三角悬挑防护架,通过对外脚手架防护基础与竖向构件安装工艺的优化,实现了项目成本的有效节约,增快了该项目安装速度,确保了竖向构件安装过程中的安全和质量。

In a prefabricated shantytown renovation project in Beijing,the horizontal and vertical components are all concrete prefabricated components.The traditional cantilevered protective scaffold needs to reserve holes on the prefabricated components,so it is not suitable for use.In this project,the combined steel triangular cantilevered protective scaffold is used in the safety protection of the installation of concrete prefabricated vertical components.Through the optimization of the external scaffold protection foundation and the installation process of the vertical components,the project cost is effectively saved,the installation speed of the project is increased,and the installation safety and quality of the vertical components are ensured.
