基于房屋建筑施工中防渗漏施工技术的分析

Analysis of Anti-Seepage Construction Technology in Housing Construction

衣食无忧的生活状态促使人们不断追求更高品质的生活,房屋质量首先成为人们关注的重点。现如今,大部分房屋建筑的施工质量都有了基本保障,但是在部分房屋建筑中,仍然有一些质量缺陷的存在。经过调查统计发现,渗漏问题的发生率相对较高。基于此,本文首先详细分析房屋建筑屋面、厨卫以及外墙部位的防渗施工技术,进而探讨施屋建筑工程建设中的防渗施工技术优化措施,其核心目的就是希望能促进我国房屋建筑防渗施工技术水平的提升。

The living state of worry-free food and clothing prompts people to constantly pursue a higher quality of life,and the quality of housing has become the focus of people’s attention.Nowadays,the construction quality of most housing buildings is basically guaranteed,but there are some quality defects in some housing.After investigation and statistics,the incidence of leakage problems is relatively high.Based on this evidence,this paper first analyzes the anti-seepage construction technology of the roof,kitchen and bathroom,and external walls of the housing building in detail,and then discusses the anti-seepage construction technical optimization measures in the construction of the housing construction project.The core purpose is to promote the improvement of the technical level of anti-seepage construction of housing construction in China.
