摘要
螺栓法兰连接在石油化工和航空航天行业中被广泛应用。随着人们对环境保护意识的日益增强,化工工业中的原料和产品泄漏事故的严重性也越来越得到重视。而泄漏事故的源头之一就是在螺栓法兰连接处,因此对法兰的密封性能要求极高,在这其中最重要的就是密封垫片。本文在考虑各方面因素的情况下,对常温4MPa环境下垫片密封性能测试装置进行了设计以及校核。另外,参考相关标准,按工艺设计要求对装置的各个零部件的选型设计做出了详细说明以及强度设计计算,形成了安全、合理的设计方案。
Bolted flange connections are widely used in the petrochemical and aerospace industries.With the increasing awareness of environmental protection,the seriousness of the leakage accident of raw materials and products in the chemical industry has been paid more attention.One of the sources of leakage accidents is the bolted flange connection,so the sealing performance of the flange is extremely demanding,and the most important one is the sealing gasket.In this paper,considering various factors,a test device for gasket sealing performance under normal temperature 4MPa environment is designed and checked.With reference to relevant standards,the selection design of each component of the device and the strength design calculation are given in detail according to the process design requirements,so as to form a safe and reasonable design scheme.
