蒸汽供热管网凝结水损失的影响因素分析

摘要 目前,随着我国工业技术的不断发展,化工行业的发展为我国经济发展提供了巨大的助推力,而在化工行业节能减排发展过程中,工业生产锅炉乏汽的回收利用也成为很多化工厂能源利用发展的重要课题,而乏汽利用过程中凝结水损失会影响蒸汽供热系统的运行效果。基于此,本文以蒸汽供热管网凝结水损失影响因素为核心论题展开相关分析探讨,旨在协助热电厂探寻促进节能降耗的有效途径。 At present,with the continuous development of China’s industrial technology,the development of the chemical industry has provided a huge boost to China’s economic development,and in the development of energy conservation and emission reduction in the chemical industry,the recycling of exhaust steam from industrial production boilers has also become an important issue in the development of energy utilization in several chemical plants,and the condensate loss during the utilization of exhausted steam will affect the operation effect of the steam heating system.Based on this evidence,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of condensate loss in the steam heating pipe network,aiming to assist thermal power plants to explore effective ways of promoting energy conservation and consumption reduction.
