摘要
水冷壁是火力发电厂锅炉四管之一,长期处于高温环境中,其质量决定着火电机组的运行安全,甚至影响着整个电站的安全性。因此,电站锅炉水冷壁焊接工作就显得尤为重要。对此,本文以电站锅炉水冷壁焊接为主题,在分析水冷壁常见问题的基础上,对其存在的焊接缺陷成因予以剖析,并提出预防措施。
The water cooling wall is one of the four boiler tubes of a thermal power plant,which has been located in a high temperature environment for a long time.Its quality determines the operation safety of the thermal power plant,and even affects the safety of the entire power plant.Therefore,the welding work of the boiler water wall of the power station is particularly important.In this regard,this paper takes the boiler water wall welding of power station as the topic.Based on the analysis of common problems of water cooling wall,the causes of the existing welding defects are analyzed,and preventive measures are proposed.
