摘要
对常见园林植物不同季节的抑菌能力进行比较,可以为城市生态系统建设中植物搭配设计以及园林绿化植物的合理规划提供科学依据。选用郑州市12种常见园林植物为试验材料,分别在春、夏、秋采摘叶片,测定了不同季节离体叶片的挥发性物质对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌效果。结果表明:春季离体叶片的整体抑菌效果最差,其中碧桃对3种供试菌的抑菌效果最好,木槿和榆叶梅对大肠杆菌的抑菌率均为0;夏季离体叶片的抑菌效果普遍高于春季和秋季,其中碧桃对3种供试菌的抑菌率均达到了100%,紫荆、贴梗海棠和悬铃木对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌率为100%,东京樱花对大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌率为100%;秋季碧桃对3种供试菌的抑菌率均达到了100%,紫荆、东京樱花、贴梗海棠对大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌率均为100%,红瑞木和悬铃木对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌率为100%。研究结果可为城市优选园林植物净化环境和探讨园林植物抑菌活性物质成分提供理论依据。
The comparison of bacteriostatic effects of common garden plants in different seasons can provide scientific basis for plant collocation design and rational planning of garden plants in urban ecosystem construction.Twelve common garden plants in Zhengzhou were selected as experimental materials,and their leaves were harvested in spring,summer and autumn respectively.The bacteriostatic effects of volatile substances from leaves in different seasons on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis were determined.The results showed that the overall bacteriostatic effect of detached leaves in spring was the worst,and that of flowering peach on the three tested bacteria was the best,and the bacteriostatic rate of hibiscus and flowering plum on E.coli was0.The bacteriostatic effect of detached leaves in summer was generally higher than that in spring and autumn.Among them,the bacteriostatic rate of flowering peach to the three tested bacteria reached 100%,that of Chinese redbud,Japanese quince and plane tree to B.subtilis was 100%,and that of Tokyo cherry to E.coli was100%.In autumn,the bacteriostatic rate of flowering peach to the three tested bacteria all reached 100%,the bacteriostatic of Chinese redbud,Tokyo cherry and Japanese quince to E.coli and B.subtilis were all 100%,and those of Cornus alba and plane tree were all 100%.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the purification environment of garden plants in cities and exploring the antibacterial active components of garden plants.
