模拟梯级沟渠降解农业非点源污染的研究

摘要 通过控制室内模拟实验条件来探究梯级沟渠对面源污染物的去除效率。开展在A(空白实验8~10℃)、B(调低温度0~5℃,降低流量)、C(调高温度15~20℃,增大流量)三种不同组合的实验条件下,对梯级沟渠模拟系统的各个柱体中的总氮、氨氮、硝态氮质量浓度进行监测分析。研究结果表明,模拟的梯级沟渠系统形成了较为稳定的缺氧环境促进了氮的反硝化作用,抑制了氨氮的硝化作用,氮素含量在缺氧区的截留效果突出。并且实验数据表明C(调高温度15~20℃,增大流量)条件下对氮素的拦截去除效果相对较好。 To explore the removal efficiency of non-point source pollutants in cascade ditches by controlling indoor simulation experiment con-ditions.Under the experimental conditions of A(blank experiment 8~10℃),B(reduce the temperature by 0~5℃to reduce the flow),and C(increase the temperature by 15~20℃to increase the flow)with three different combinations,The mass concentrations of total nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen in each column of the cascade ditch simulation system were monitored and analyzed.The results showed that the simulated cascade ditch system formed a relatively stable anoxic environment,which promoted the denitrification of nitrogen and inhibited the nitrification of ammonia,and the nitrogen content was intercepted significantly in the anoxic zone.The experimental data showed that C(increasing the temperature by 15~20℃and increasing the flow rate)had a relatively good effect on nitrogen removal.
