工业锅炉能效测试典型问题及对策 被引量:2

摘要 锅炉是我国工业发展过程中非常重要的能源转换装备,而工业锅炉更是流程企业的能量中枢。但在日常工业锅炉能效测试过程中发现许多典型问题,包括锅炉热效率低、水质不达标、锅炉运维智力支持匮乏等。根据工程实践情况从正确选用锅炉并标识高效区、合理控制燃烧过程空气量、促进燃料充分燃烧、降低工业锅炉排烟温度、避免漏风、实现压力匹配、提高锅炉给水品质、完善锅炉运行管理机制及进行技术革新等多方面对工业锅炉能效提升提出建议。实际案例表明,通过对这些典型问题进行整改,甚至可以达到15%以上的效率提升,产生显著的经济性。 Boilers are the key energy conversion equipment in the process of industrial development in China,of which the industrial boil-ers are the energy source in most of process enterprises.However,many typical problems are found during the daily energy efficiency test of industri-al boilers,including low thermal efficiency,substandard water quality,and lack of intellectual support for boiler operation and maintenance.Accord-ing to the engineering practice,the corresponding countermeasures of selecting the boiler correctly and identifing the high-efficiency area,controling the flux of air in the combustion process,promoting the combustion of the fuel,reducing the exhaust gas temperature,avoiding air leakage,introduc-ing the ejector,and reforming the boiler management mechanism for technological innovation are proposed to improve the energy efficiency of indus-trial boilers.Practical cases show that by rectifying these typical problems,it is even possible to achieve an efficiency improvement of more than 15%,resulting in significant economic benefits.
