关于电子雷管引火元件自动焊接检测一体机的设计研究

摘要 电子雷管的主要作用是控制起爆的过程。因为电子雷管是通过电子控制模块实施管控的,所以要求非常的精确、高效和安全,因此它被广泛用于爆破领域。不过,如今电子雷管在生产过程中还存在一些问题,如生产效率低、合格率差、产量小等,为电子雷管的使用及发展均带来了很大的影响,因此必须有效解决。在电子雷管生产过程中最为关键的部分就是引火元件,而引火元件在生产过程中较为重要的环节有两个:一个是药头和控制模块的焊接;另一个是脚线和控制模块的焊接。为了保证引火元件的焊接质量、加快电子雷管的生产效率,研发部门研发了一款电子雷管引火元件自动焊接检测一体机。此设备不仅能够显著提高焊接质量,保证药头、控制模块及脚线和控制模块焊接良好,而且能自动检测药头、引火元件等部分的焊接情况。经过一段时间的运用发现,自动焊接检测一体机能够同时锡焊药头和控制模块以及脚线和控制模块的四个部位点,不仅效率高,而且焊接的质量非常好,当焊接完毕,还能同时检测10发引火元件,很大程度提高了检测效率,为电子雷管引火元件生产和发展发挥了积极的作用。 The main function of electronic detonator is to control the initiation process.Because the electronic detonator is controlled by the electronic control module,it is required to be very accurate,efficient and safe,so it is widely used in the blasting field.However,there are still some problems in the production process of electronic detonators,such as low production efficiency,poor qualification rate and small output,which have a great impact on the use and development of electronic detonators.Therefore,we must effectively solve the problems.In the production process of electronic detonators,the most critical part is the ignition element,and the ignition element has two important links in the production process:one is the welding of the charge head and the control module;the other is the welding of the foot wire and the control module.In order to ensure the welding quality of ignition elements and speed up the production efficiency of electronic detonators,the R&D department has developed an automatic welding and testing machine for ignition elements of electronic detonators.This equipment can not only significantly improve the welding quality,ensure the good welding of the charge head,control module,foot wire and control module,but also automatically detect the welding conditions of the charge head,ignition element and other parts.After a period of application,it is found that the automatic welding detection integrated machine can simultaneously solder the four parts of the flux head and the control module,as well as the foot wire and the control module.It is not only very efficient,but also has very good welding quality.When the welding is completed,it can also detect 10 ignition elements at the same time,which greatly improves the detection efficiency and plays a positive role in the production and development of electronic detonator ignition elements.
