摘要
高职院校学生存在获取信息不方便,对辅导员依赖性较高等问题。利用微信小程序的普及性和便利性,设计一款汇集各类信息的自主查询小程序,有助于减轻辅导员的工作量,提高学生管理工作效率。该程序设计了功能分类模块,并对核心页面进行了模板化设计,实现了自动登录、功能分类、消息通知、快速检索等功能,最终完成了小程序前后台系统的搭建,提高了辅导员管理工作的信息化水平。
Students in higher education vocational college have problems such as inconvenient access to information and high dependence on counselors. Taking advantage of the popularity and convenience of WeChat applets, we designed an applet to gather all kinds of information for independent inquiry, which can help reduce the workload of counselors and improve the efficiency of student management. Through investigation and analysis, the function classification module of the applet was designed, and the template design of the core page was carried out. The applet realized the functional modules such as automatic login, functional classification,message notification, and quick search, which finally completed the construction of the front and back-end system of the app and improved the informationization level of counselors’ management.
