摘要
冠心病是冠状动脉粥样硬化引起冠状动脉管腔狭窄甚至闭塞,导致心肌缺血、缺氧或坏死,患者出现胸痛、胸闷等相应临床症状。冠心病出现认知功能损伤的发病机制和影响因素尚未阐明。本文从常规MRI及其衍生技术如基于体素形态学分析、扩散张量成像和磁共振动脉自旋标记成像研究等方面综述冠心病伴认知功能下降的研究进展,进一步探究冠心病伴认知功能障碍的神经病理机制。
Coronary arteriosclerotic heart disease is a heart disease caused by atherosclerosis, which leads to narrowing or even blockage of blood vessels, and further leads to myocardial ischemia, hypoxia or necrosis, and chest pain, chest tightness and other corresponding clinical symptoms. The pathogenesis and influencing factors of cognitive impairment in coronary heart disease are still unclear. This article reviews the results of MRI research on cognitive impairment in coronary heart disease from conventional MRI, voxel based morphological, diffusion tensor imaging and arterial spin labeling imaging, so as to further explore and understand the pathophysiological mechanism of the disease.
