甲状腺微小乳头状癌的热消融治疗现状与展望

摘要 甲状腺癌是最常见的内分泌癌,随着超声技术的发展,其检出率明显升高,其中以甲状腺微小乳头状癌最常见,治疗方法从经典手术切除逐步演变为主动监测及热消融。目前国内外发布了较多与甲状腺微小乳头状癌热消融治疗相关的指南/共识,本文基于现有文献及指南/共识分析甲状腺癌热消融治疗的有效性、安全性以及存在的问题,并对其发展进行展望。 Thyroid cancer is the most common endocrine cancer. With the development of ultrasound technology, the detection rate of thyroid cancer has increased significantly, among which papillary thyroid microcarcinoma is the most common. Its treatment has gradually evolved from classical surgical resection to active monitoring and thermal ablation. At present, many guidelines/consensus related to thermal ablation of papillary thyroid microcarcinoma have been issued at home and abroad, with slight differences. Based on the existing literature and guidelines/consensus, this paper aims to analyze the effectiveness, safety and existing problems of thermal ablation of thyroid carcinoma, and prospects its development.
