摘要
针对表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)的靶向药物明显改善了非小细胞肺癌的预后,提示明确EGFR状态至关重要。^(18)F-FDG PET/CT以无创性的双模态显像方式,在EGFR状态预测中表现出独特优势,本文对^(18)F-FDG PET/CT预测非小细胞肺癌EGFR基因突变的研究进展进行综述。
Targeted drugs against epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) has significantly improved the prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer, suggesting that identification of EGFR mutation status is crucial.F-FDG PET/CT has shown unique advantages in predicting EGFR status with non-invasive bimodal imaging, therefore, this article reviews the research progress ofF-FDG PET/CT in predicting EGFR status of non-small cell lung cancer in recent years.
