摘要
分析了当前信息通信工程概预算编制的变化与迫切需求,立足概预算编制规程剖析了概预算的构成及其各部分相互关系。根据规程的规定,设计了概预算模板,分模块介绍了概预算批复编制软件的设计思路,根据此思路开发的软件,在实际工程中可取得较好的效果,能有效提升工程的工作效率与设计质量。
This paper analyzes the changes and urgent needs of communication engineering budgeting, and analyzes the structure of budget and the relationship between its various parts based on the budgeting regulations. According to the regulations, an budget template is designed, and software design insights for batch processing of communication engineering budgeting are introduced in modules. The software developed with these insights can achieve good results and can effectively improve the work efficiency and quality in actual projects.
