摘要
目的利用上海糖尿病专病临床大数据分析2型糖尿病患者的人群结构,更好地呈现2型糖尿病患者的年龄分布和性别差异。方法上海糖尿病专病临床大数据来源于上海申康医院发展中心医联工程与信息化部大数据平台。原始临床数据经过脱敏、加密等安全处理后导入医联科研平台,研究分析主要使用R语言进行数据清洗、整理、统计和绘图。结果截至2020年底,排除死亡等因素后数据库中累计上海2型糖尿病医保和社保患者共77.2万人(男性40.4万,女性36.8万),其中年龄在55~80岁的患者占总人群的67.8%,在35~50岁的男性患者人数要明显多于女性。结论上海2型糖尿病患者主要集中在55岁以上的中老年人群,其中35~50岁男性患2型糖尿病的风险要明显高于女性。
Objective To analyze the population structure of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus using Shanghai clinical big data of diabetes mellitus,so as to better present the age distribution and gender differences.Methods Shanghai clinical big data of diabetes mellitus was extracted from the database of Link-Healthcare Engineering&Information Department in Shanghai Hospital Development Center.Any identification information was scrambled for privacy protection,and then research was carried out on the scientific research platform.R language was used for data processing,statistics and graphing.Results After excluding deaths and other factors,a total of 772 thousand medical insurance patients(404 thousand males and 368 thousand females)with type 2 diabetes have been enrolled in data,of which patients in the aged 55-80 years old accounts for 67.8%by the end of 2020.And there are significantly more male patients than females between age range of 35-50.Conclusion Type 2 diabetes patients in Shanghai are mainly concentrated in the middle-aged and elderly population over 55 years of age,and men aged 35-50 have a significantly higher risk of developing type 2 diabetes than women.
