摘要
间充质干细胞(MSCs)促进伤口愈合主要通过旁分泌、细胞分化和免疫调节作用,加速炎症反应、促进血管新生和抑制瘢痕生成,参与伤口愈合的各阶段。间充质干细胞来源外泌体(MSCs-Exo)是MSCs旁分泌作用的关键因子,保留了MSCs的优点,但不同来源的MSCs-Exo在促进伤口愈合方面存在部分差异。本文结合最新文献,深入探讨MSCs及不同来源的MSCs-Exo在促进伤口愈合机制方面的最新研究进展,探索其更多的潜在价值。
Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)promote wound healing mainly through paracrine,cell differentiation and immunomodulation,acceleration of inflammatory reaction,promotion of angiogenesis and inhibition of scar formation,and participation in all stages of wound healing.Mesenchymal stem cells-derived exosomes(MSCs-Exo)are the key factors in the paracrine effect of MSCs,which retain the advantages of MSCs,but MSCs-Exo from different sources have some differences in promoting wound healing.Combined with the latest literature,the latest research progress of MSCs and MSCs-Exo from different sources in promoting wound healing mechanism is deeply discussed in this paper,and more p otential significance is explored.
