思维导图教学法联合mini-CEX评价模式在护理实习生临床带教中的应用效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨思维导图教学法联合mini-CEX评价模式在护理实习生临床带教中的应用效果。方法选择2020年6月至2021年4月佛山市南海区人民医院(我院)重症医学科80名护理实习生,设为观察组。选择2019年6月至2020年4月我院重症医学科80名护理实习生,设为对照组。观察组接受思维导图教学法联合mini-CEX评价模式教学,对照组接受传统临床教学方法,评估两组理论成绩、操作成绩以及带教满意度。结果观察组理论成绩、操作成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学习兴趣、自主学习能力、解决问题能力、理论与临床密切结合能力、带教老师授课方式、授课素质评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论思维导图教学法联合mini-CEX评价模式在护理实习生临床带教中的应用效果显著,可有效提升护理实习生理论及操作水平,且带教实习生反馈较好。 Objective To investigate the application effect of mind mapping teaching method combined with mini-CEX evaluation model in clinical teaching of nursing interns.Methods Nursing interns in the Department of Critical Care Medicine of Foshan Nanhai District People’s Hospital from June 2020 to April 2021 were selected and divided into the observation group(n=80).Nursing interns in the Department of Critical Care Medicine of our hospital from June 2019 to April 2020 were selected and divided into the control group(n=80).The observation group was treated with mind mapping teaching method combined with mini-CEX evaluation model,while the control group was treated with conventional clinical teaching methods.The theoretical performance,operational performance and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated.Results The theoretical and operational performances of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The scores of learning interest,autonomous learning ability,problem-solving ability,close combination of theory and clinical practice ability,teaching methods and teaching quality of teachers in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mind mapping teaching method combined with mini-CEX evaluation model in clinical teaching of nursing interns has achieved a remarkable result.It can effectively improve the theoretical and operational level of nursing interns,and the feedback of interns is relatively good.
