摘要 目的探讨基于翻转课堂的CBCL教学在妇产科学本科生教学中的应用效果。方法选取蚌埠医学院5年制临床医学专业大三学生,A班60人为实验组,采用翻转课堂的线上和CBCL的线下混合的教学法,B班60人为对照组,采用传统教学法。比较两组理论成绩及技能操作考核,进行学生问卷调查及同行专家测评。结果实验组的理论总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的技能考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的学生自我评价和满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同行专家对学生课堂表现打分,实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于翻转课堂的CBCL教学可以更大程度调动学生学习的积极性和兴趣,提高学习效率和团队协作能力,在妇产科学本科生教学中较传统教学更有优势,可以进一步推广。 Objective To investigate the application effect of CBCL teaching based on flipped classroom on undergraduate teaching of gynecology and obstetrics.Methods A total of 120 junior students in Bengbu Medical College,a 5-year undergraduate major in clinical medicine were selected and they were divided into the experimental group(class A,n=60)and the control group(class B,n=60).The experimental group was adopted with a mixed teaching method combining the online flipped classroom with the face-to-face CBCL,while the control group was adopted with the conventional teaching method.The two groups were compared in terms of theoretical performance and skill operation,and the questionnaire survey and peer expert evaluation were conducted.Results The total theoretical score of students in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The skill examination scores of students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The self-evaluation and satisfaction of students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The students’classroom performance scored by peer experts in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion CBCL teaching based on flipped classroom can arouse students’enthusiasm and interest in learning to a greater extent,and improve learning efficiency and teamwork ability.It has more advantages than conventional teaching in undergraduate teaching of gynecology and obstetrics.Therefore,it is worthy of further promotion.
