复方当归薄荷膏联合赛肤润预防头颈部放射性皮炎的效果

The effect of compound angelica mint cream combined with Sanyrene in the prevention of head and neck radiodermatitis

目的探讨复方当归薄荷膏联合赛肤润预防头颈部放射性皮炎的效果。方法选取2021年3—12月中山市中医院收治的放射治疗头颈部肿瘤患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各30例,对照组应用赛肤润预防治疗及护理,观察组应用复方当归薄荷膏联合赛肤润治疗及护理,记录两组放射性皮炎的出现时间及持续时间,观察放射性皮炎的发生率及严重程度,评价两组患者的疼痛程度。结果观察组患者放射性皮炎总发生率为50.00%,低于对照组的86.67%,且观察组放射性皮炎Ⅱ度发生率为16.67%,低于对照组的43.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者放射性皮炎Ⅰ度发生率为33.33%,与对照组的43.33%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者放射性皮炎的出现时间晚于对照组,持续时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总疼痛率为43.33%,低于对照组的83.33%,且观察组中度疼痛率为13.33%、重度疼痛率为0,低于对照组的36.67%、13.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组轻度疼痛率为30.00%,与对照组的33.33%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论头颈部肿瘤患者放射性治疗期间实施复方当归薄荷膏联合赛肤润预防治疗及护理可延缓放射性皮炎的出现时间,缩短持续时间,减轻皮炎的严重程度及疼痛程度,预防效果好,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of compound angelica mint cream combined with Sanyrene in the prevention of head and neck radiodermatitis.Methods A total of 60 cases of radiationtreated patients with head and neck tumors admitted to Zhongshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March to December 2021 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group with 30 cases in each group according to the random number lottery method.The control group received the preventive treatment and nursing with Sanyrene,while the observation group received the preventive treatment and nursing with compound angelica mint cream combined with Sanyrene.The occurrence time and duration of radiodermatitis were recorded,the incidence and severity of radiodermatitis were observed,and the pain level of patients in two groups was evaluated.Results The total incidence of radiodermatitis in the observation group was 50.00%,which was lower than 86.67%in the control group;the incidence of radiodermatitis degreeⅡin the observation group was 16.67%,which was lower than 43.33%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of radiodermatitis degreeⅠin the observation group was 33.33%,compared with 43.33%in the control group,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The occurrence time of radiodermatitis was later than that in the control group,the duration in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total pain rate of the observation group was 43.33%,which was lower than 83.33%in the control group;the rates of moderate pain and severe pain in the observation group were 13.33%and 0,respectively,which were lower than 36.67%and 13.33%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The mild pain rate of 30.00%in the observation group was not statistically significant compared with 33.33%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The preventive treatment and nursing with compound angelica mint cream combined with Sanyrene for patients with head and neck tumors during radiotherapy can delay the occurrence time of radiodermatitis,shorten the duration of radiodermatitis,and reduce the severity and pain of radiodermatitis.It has a good preventive effect,which is worthy of promotion.
