三级医院低年资护士情绪智力与职业获益感的相关性分析 被引量:6

Analysis on the correlation between emotional intelligence and perceived professional benefits among low-seniority nurses in a tertiary hospital

摘要 目的调查了解某三级医院低年资护士情绪智力与职业获益感现状,分析情绪智力对职业获益感的影响。方法采用便利抽样方法选取2019年10月至2020年10月牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院256名低年资护士为研究对象,使用护士情绪智力量表和职业获益感量表进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果低年资护士的情绪智力得分为(4.73±0.65)分,职业获益感得分为(4.32±0.29)分,低年资护士情绪智力与职业获益感呈正相关(r=0.212,P=0.012)。结论低年资护士情绪智力越高,职业获益感水平越高。护理管理者应采取相应积极措施,提高其情绪智力和职业获益感水平,进而促进护理队伍的稳定和发展。 Objective To investigate and understand the current status of emotional intelligence and perceived professional benefits among low-seniority nurses in a tertiary Class A hospital,and to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence on the perceived professional benefits.Methods A total of 256 low-seniority nurses in Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected by convenient sampling method,and the Emotional Intelligence Scale for Nurses and the Perceived Professional Benefit Scale for Nurses were used to analyze and investigate the data.Results The average emotional intelligence score was(4.73±0.65)and the average perceived professional benefits score was(4.32±0.29)for low-seniority nurses,and emotional intelligence were positively correlated with those of perceived professional benefits(r=0.212,P=0.012).Conclusion The higher the emotional intelligence,the higher the level of perceived professional benefits of low-seniority nurses.Nursing managers should take active measures to improve emotional intelligence and perceived professional benefits of low-seniority nurses to promote the stability and development of the nursing team.
