肿瘤专科临床药师参与乳腺肿瘤多学科诊疗工作模式分享

Clinical oncology pharmacists participating in the multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment of breast tumors work mode sharing

目的本研究旨在探讨肿瘤专科临床药师参与抗肿瘤治疗合理用药的作用,为临床药师参与抗肿瘤药物合理使用提供理论参考和实践经验。方法选取广东省农垦中心医院2020年10月至2021年3月肿瘤专科临床药师参与乳腺肿瘤多学科诊疗团队(MDT)诊疗及提供全程用药管理病历30份,描述临床药师参与乳腺肿瘤MDT诊疗的职责及其发挥的作用。结果肿瘤专科临床药师通过参与乳腺肿瘤MDT诊疗,增加临床用药经验,提高抗肿瘤药物使用合理性,优化抗肿瘤治疗方案,实现个体化抗肿瘤治疗,为患者提供用药教育、用药监护及用药咨询等全程用药服务,充分发挥临床药师参与抗肿瘤治疗的作用。结论这表明临床药师通过分析抗肿瘤药物使用合理性,优化个体化给药,为患者提供全程用药服务,在增强抗肿瘤治疗规范性、提高抗肿瘤诊疗水平、保障患者用药安全等方面发挥着不可替代作用。

Objective To explore the role of pharmacists in the oncology department participating in rational use of antineoplastic drugs,and provide theoretical reference and practical experience for clinical pharmacists participating in the rational use of anti-tumor drug.Methods Selected from October 2020 to March 2021 of Guangdong Province Agricultural Reclamation Central Hospital,the clinical pharmacists of the oncology department participated in the diagnosis and treatment of breast tumors in the multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment model(MDT)and provided 30 medical records for the whole process of medication management,describing the responsibilities and roles of clinical pharmacists participating in the diagnosis and treatment of breast tumors MDT.Results Overexpression of pharmacists in the oncology department participated in breast tumor MDT diagnosis and treatment can increase clinical medicine experience,improve the rationality of antitumor drugs,optimize anti-tumor treatment plan,realize individualized anti-tumor treatment,provide patients with medical education,medical care and medication consultation and so on,whole-course medication service,give full play to the role of clinical pharmacists participate in anti-tumor treatment.Conclusion This show that clinical pharmacists through analyzed the rationality use of anti-tumor drugs,optimized individual drug administration,and provided whole-course medication services,playing an irreplaceable role in enhancing the standardization of anti-tumor treatment,improving the level of anti-tumor diagnos is and treatment,and ensuring the safety of drug use for patients.
