我国知识产权治理研究的现状、热点与趋势——基于CNKI期刊(1996—2021年)的计量可视化分析

The current status, hot spots and trends of intellectual property governance research in China:Quantitative visualization analysis based on CNKI journals (1996—2021)

《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和2035年远景目标纲要》明确提出在完善科技创新体制机制方面要健全知识产权保护运用体制。由于知识产权利益诉求的多元化与利益协调的复杂性,我国还需要持续优化兼具前瞻性与系统性的知识产权治理进路。为更好把握知识产权治理的主题内容,进行了充分的文本挖掘,借助文献计量学可视化软件CiteSpace对CNKI收录的有效文献进行筛选、去重、统计以及可视化等操作,就关键词共现图、聚类图、时序图、突现图以及时区图进行重点可视化分析,力求全面、客观、定量地可视化分析我国知识产权治理的研究现状、热点以及趋势。同时,结合追踪结果对治理现代化话语体系、知识产权治理基本范畴以及新时代知识产权治理现代化等研究热点进行例析与述评,聚焦研究现状的不足,针对性地提出多维展望图景,最终构建以习近平法治思想和国家治理现代化理论为指导的推进知识产权治理现代化的中国路径。

Outline of the People’s Republic of China 14th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and Long-Range Objectives for 2035 in 2021 clearly put forward that in terms of improving the system and mechanism of scientific and technological innovation, we should improve the protection and application system of intellectual property rights. Coupled with the diversity of interest demands and the complexity of interest coordination of intellectual property rights, China also needs to continue to optimize both forward-looking and systematic approaches to intellectual property governance. In order to better grasp the subject content of intellectual property governance and conduct full text mining, the effective documents included in CNKI are screened, de-duplicated, counted and visualized with the help of the bibliometric visualization software CiteSpace, in which the keyword co-occurrence diagram, cluster diagram, sequence diagram, emergence diagram and time zone diagram are analyzed in order to analyze the research status, hot spots and trends of intellectual property governance in China comprehensively, objectively and quantitatively.At the same time, the research contents are sorted out academically and the value is attributed. Combined with the tracking results, the discourse system of governance modernization, the basic category of intellectual property governance and the modernization of intellectual property governance in the new era are analyzed and commented. We should focus on the deficiencies of the current research situation, and the prospect is put forward in a multi-dimensional way. Finally, we will build China’s path to promote the modernization of intellectual property rights under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s rule of law and the theory of modernization of state governance.
