陶瓷坯体白度影响因素探讨

Discussion on Influencing Factors of Whiteness of Ceramic Body

笔者主要从原材料、增白剂、加工工艺三个方面详细地阐述了提高陶瓷坯体白度的技术手段。通过控制原材料中着色氧化物的含量,采用折光率高、粒径细的增白剂,优选高铝球石球衬,煤改气以及优化除铁工艺来有效地提升坯体的白度。

In this paper,the technical means to improve the whiteness of ceramic body are described from raw material,whitener and processing technology.The whiteness of ceramics body can be effectively improved by controlling the content of colored oxide in raw materials,adopting right whitening agent and high aluminum grinding medium,aided by nature gas and iron removing technology.
