工艺条件对低膨胀耐热紫砂陶瓷性能的影响

Influence of Processing Condition on Low-expansion and Heat-resistance Purple Ceramic

近年来,由于消费者对健康养生的关注,紫砂陶越来越受到人们的青睐。虽然紫砂泥所制作的炊具可以蒸煮,但是热稳定性差,不可以干烧,限制了其使用范围。笔者采用景德镇紫砂、煅烧滑石、锂辉石、紫木节等原料制备了低膨胀耐热紫砂陶瓷,采用单因素实验法探讨了制备工艺对低膨胀紫砂坯胎的抗折强度、热膨胀系数、吸水率的影响。研究结果表明:在球磨时间20 min,烧成温度为1 220℃和保温时间20 min的条件下,可获得了性能优良的低膨胀紫砂陶瓷,这是由于胎体中生成了低膨胀材料堇青石、锂辉石和石英的固溶体所致。

In recent years,for the consumer concerning about health,the demand for pottery become more and more popular.However purple clay still has short-comings:although clay can be used for cooking,but its poor thermal stability is poor which could not be used for dry burning and thus limits its using arrange.Consequently the preparation of low-expansion purple clay is imminent.In this paper,we used raw material such as Anhui purple clay,calcined talc,spodumene,clay to prepare low-expansion heat-resistance ceramic.Effects of preparation process on the bending strength,the thermal expansion coefficient and the water absorption were studied by single factor experiment method.The results show that:when balling time is 20 min,the firing temperature is 1230℃and the holding time is 30 min,purple clay low-expansion heat-resistance ceramic with high performance is prepared,which is due to cordierites and the solid solution of spodumene and quartz.
