元宇宙时代的混合式办公初探

A Preliminary Study on Mixed Office in the Metaverse Era

从2019年底至今,新冠疫情改变了我们的生活、学习、工作的方式。随着“元宇宙”时代的来临,工作场所混合办公的新模式成为新常态。“元宇宙”时代整合多种新技术而产生的新型虚、实相融、相互动的互联网应用和社会新形态以及发展趋势。在元宇宙时代,就不得不提及各行、各业的人都得跟谁混合办公。相对于元宇宙的虚幻,混合办公则具有更加真实的现实效用。本文以联想为例,论述在元宇宙时代,混合办公新模式是如何提升企业的工作效率和打造更强的工作场所,最后分析混合办公的四大发展趋势。

Since the end of 2019, the COVID-19 epidemic has changed the way of our life, study and work. With the advent of the "metaverse" era, the new mode of mixed office in the workplace has become the new normal. In the "metaverse" era, a variety of new technologies are integrated, resulting in new Internet applications and new social forms and development trends, in which the virtual and the real are in harmony with each other. In the metaverse era, we have to mention that people from all walks of life have to work with anyone. Compared with the illusion of metaverse, mixed office has more real practical utility. Taking Lenovo as an example, this paper discusses how the new model of mixed office can improve the work efficiency of enterprises and create a stronger workplace in the metaverse era, and finally analyzes the four development trends of mixed office.
