摘要
后疫情时代MOOC+SPOC融合教学已成为我国很多高校教学改革的主要方向,大量的实践表明,混合教学模式很大程度上促进教学内容、教学方法、教学考核等的改革,在改善教学效果方面取得了一定的成效。从MOOC+SPOC混合教学概念和特点出发,分析教学中存在的教学资源不足、线上线下教学脱节、教师教学缺乏经验、学生学习自主性不强、教学绩效评价不全面以及技术平台不健全等问题,提出针对性的教学改进优化策略,为混合教学模式的高效实施提供更多的思路和参考。
In the post-epidemic era, MOOC+SPOC integrated teaching has become the main direction of teaching reform in many colleges and universities of our country. A large number of practices show that the blended teaching mode has promoted largely the reform of teaching content, teaching methods and teaching assessment, as well as achieved certain results in improving teaching effects. This paper discusses the concepts and characteristics of MOOC + SPOC blended teaching, analyses the existed problems in the teaching, such as insufficient teaching resources, disconnection between online and offline teaching, teachers’ poor teaching experience, students’ lack of learning autonomy, incomplete teaching performance evaluation, the unsound technology platform, etc., puts forward the corresponding teaching improvement optimized strategies, and provides more ideas and references for the efficient implementation of blended teaching mode.
