信息化背景下高校学生管理创新思路研究

Research on the Innovative Ideas of University Students’ Management under the Background of Informatization

随着科学技术和信息技术的不断发展,社会的主要生产力被信息革命所代替,因而社会在信息化浪潮的影响中发生了本质性的变革。信息化指的是以信息技术和网络技术为基础,同时最大限度地发挥现代化信息资源的作用。本文以信息化为背景,将信息化引入教学,探讨在信息化背景下高校学生管理创新的主要对策。在我国高等院校规模不断扩大的背景下,原先传统的学生管理已无法适应学校的日常管理工作。本文立足于信息化的发展趋势以及影响,分析现阶段信息化背景下高校学生的管理现状,从而探究出信息化背景下高校学生管理创新的策略。

With the continuous development of science and technology and information technology,the main productive forces of society have been replaced by the information revolution, so the society has undergone essential changes under the influence of the informatization tide. Informatization refers to taking information technology and network technology as the basis and giving full play to the role of modern information resources at the same time. This paper takes informatization as the background, introduces informatization into teaching,and discusses the main countermeasures of college students’ management innovation under the background of informatization. Under the background of the continuous expansion of the scale of colleges and universities in our country, the original traditional students’ management has been unable to adapt to the daily management of colleges and universities. Based on the development trend and influence of informatization,this paper analyzes the current situation of college students’ management under the background of informatization,so as to explore the strategies of college students’ management innovation under the background of informatization.
