新时代提升思想政治教育话语权的价值意蕴及推进理路

摘要 新时代思想政治教育话语权呈现的现实境遇主要有以下三个方面:培养时代新人为其提出新任务,“三因”理念的有效融入为其提出新要求,话语效力式微为其提出新挑战。新时代提升思想政治教育话语权有利于培育社会主义核心价值观,有利于巩固意识形态领域的话语权和领导权,有利于增强国际交往中中国话语的影响力。通过注重强化话语权的软实力和生命力,着力加强话语权的主导力和宣传力,重点提升话语权的感召力和思想力,进而优化和提升新时代思想政治教育话语权的表达力和政治引领力。 Realistic situation of the discourse power of ideological and political education in the new era mainly includes the following three aspects:cultivating new people of the times puts forward new tasks for them,the effective integration of the concept of"three causes"puts forward new requirements for them,and the decline of discourse effectiveness puts forward new challenges for them.Enhancing the discourse power of ideological and political education in the new era is conducive to cultivating socialist core values,consolidating the discourse power and leadership in the ideological field,and enhancing the influence of Chinese discourse in international exchanges.By focusing on strengthening the soft power and vitality of the discourse power,focusing on strengthening the leadership and publicity of the discourse power,focusing on improving the appeal and ideological power of the discourse power,so as to optimize and enhance the expression and political leadership of the discourse power of ideological and political education in the new era.
