基于OBE教育理念的高校教师教学绩效指标体系构建 被引量:3

摘要 OBE教育理念是指从目标出发,以学习产出为导向,反向设计适宜的教育内容与方法来保证学生达到这些预期目标的结构与系统。基于OBE教育理念的高校教师教学绩效指标体系有助于教学评价重心由“教”向“学”转移,更能适应时代发展的要求。根据绩效的管理学含义为高校教师教学绩效预设了三个维度,即教学效能绩效、教学行为绩效和教学能力绩效,其中教学效能绩效包括客观认知、社交能力、自我实现;教学行为绩效包括认知激活、教学管理、学习支持;教学能力绩效包括专业理念、专业知识、自我效能感。通过结构方程对预设结果进行校验,验证表明该高校教师教学绩效体系整体适配度良好,且教学行为绩效在教学能力绩效和教学效能绩效之间为部分中介。 The OBE educational philosophy refers to the structure and system that starts from the goal,takes the learning output as the orientation,and reversely designs the appropriate educational content and methods to ensure that students achieve these expected goals.The teaching performance indicator system for college teachers based on the OBE educational philosophy helps shift the focus of teaching evaluation from"teaching"to"learning",and is more adaptable to the requirements of the development of the times.According to the management meaning of performance,three dimensions are preset for the teaching performance of college teachers,namely,teaching effectiveness performance,teaching behavior performance and teaching ability performance.Among them,teaching effectiveness performance includes objective cognition,social ability,and self-realization;teaching behavior performance includes Cognitive activation,teaching management,learning support;teaching ability performance includes professional philosophy,professional knowledge,and self-efficacy.The pre-set results are verified through structural equations,and the verification shows that the university teachers’teaching performance system has a good overall fit,and the teaching behavior performance is part of the intermediary between teaching ability performance and teaching effectiveness performance.
