Rare duodenum-sigmoid fistula:one case report

通过报道1例以持续大量腹泻为主要临床表现的罕见十二指肠-乙状结肠瘘的患者,以提高临床医师对本病的认识,减少误诊和漏诊。

This was a case with rare duodenum-sigmoid fistula presenting with massive diarrhea.The experience of diagnosis and medications of this case will improve the recognition of rare intestinal fistulas and avoid misdiagnosis.
