2019—2021年某院门急诊药房近效期药品现状及原因分析

Analysis of the Current Status and Causes of Near-effective Drugs in a Hospital’s Outpatient and Emergency Pharmacy from 2019 to 2021

目的:探究2019—2021年某院门急诊药房近效期药品现状,并对其产生原因进行分析。方法:收集2019—2020年某院门急诊药房登记的近效期药品资料,分析在2019—2021年门急诊药房近效期药品现状,同时分析其产生原因。结果:在2019—2021年某院门急诊药房登记近效期药品一共40种,其中排名前三位的依次是注射剂、口服制剂以及外用制剂,分别占比62.50%、25.00%、7.50%;同时导致近效期药品产生原因包括:没有对药品进行定时的检查;部分科室所申请的药品使用率低或者没有及时使用;部分已经拆除包装的药品未统一管理等。结论:2019—2021年某院门急诊药房近效期药品以注射剂最为常见,而导致近效期药品产生的原因与个别临床科室申请的药物未及时使用或使用率较低等密切相关,临床需引起重视。

Objective:To explore the current status of near-acting drugs in a hospital outpatient and emergency pharmacies from 2019 to 2021,and analyze the causes.Methods:Data on drugs with recent expiration date registered in the outpatient and emergency pharmacy of our hospital from 2019 to 2020 were collected.To analyze the current situation of medicines in outpatient and emergency pharmacies in the near-expiration period from 2019 to 2021,and analyze their causes.Results:From 2019 to 2021,a total of 40 medicines with the recent expiration date were registered in the outpatient and emergency pharmacy of our hospital,of which the top three were injections,oral preparations and topical preparations,accounting for 62.50%,25.00%,and 7.50%,respectively;At the same time,the reasons for the occurrence of drugs with a near-expiration period include:no regular inspection of drugs;low utilization rate of drugs applied for by some departments or not used in time;some drugs that have been removed from packaging are not managed in a unified manner.Conclusion:From 2019 to 2021,the most common near-acting drugs in the outpatient and emergency pharmacies of our hospital are injections,and the reasons for the near-acting drugs are closely related to the untimely use or low utilization rate of the drugs applied by individual clinical departments.The clinical needs Attract attention.
