不同剂量米非司酮治疗围绝经期功血患者的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Different Doses of Mifepristone in the Treatment of Perimenopausal Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

目的:探讨不同剂量米非司酮治疗围绝经期功血患者的效果。方法:选择2019年3月—2021年3月在我院收治的围绝经期功血患者60例,随机分为研究组(n=30,采用6.25 mg/次的米非司酮治疗)和对照组(n=30,采用12.50 mg/次的米非司酮治疗)。比较两组治疗效果、雌二醇、黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素、孕酮、不良反应发生率。结果:研究组显效19例,有效10例,无效1例,总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组雌二醇、黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素水平低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组发生恶心呕吐1例,乏力2例,无头晕患者,不良反应发生率为10.00%,低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:6.25 mg/次的米非司酮治疗围绝经期功血效果较为明显,可有效改善雌激素水平,安全性较高。

Objective:To explore the effect of different doses of mifepristone in the treatment of patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional bleeding.Methods:A total of 60 patients with perimenopausal uterine bleeding who were treated in this hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into a study group(n=30,treated with 6.25 mg/time of mifepristone)and a control group(n=30,treated with 12.50 mg/time of mifepristone).The therapeutic effect,estradiol,luteinizing hormone,follicle stimulating hormone,progesterone and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:In the study group,19 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,and 1 case was ineffective,the total effective rate was 96.67%,which was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of estradiol,luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);1 case of nausea and vomiting,2 cases of fatigue,and no dizziness occurred in the study group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 10.00%,which was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:6.25 mg/time of mifepristone has obvious effect in the treatment of perimenopausal uterine bleeding,the estrogen level of patients is improved,and the safety is high.
