早期强化他汀联合双抗血小板对中高危颅内大动脉狭窄患者凝血-纤溶指标的影响

Effect of Early Intensive Statin Combined with Dual Antiplatelet Therapy on Coagulation-fibrinolysis Indexes in Patients with Middle and High Risk Intracranial Artery Stenosis

目的:探讨早期强化他汀联合双抗血小板对中高危颅内大动脉狭窄患者凝血-纤溶指标及预后的影响。方法:选取我院2020年6月—2021年6月就诊的中高危颅内大动脉狭窄患者90例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分成观察组、对照组,每组45例。对照组实施早期强化他汀药物治疗,观察组则采取早期强化他汀联合双抗血小板,比较两组凝血指标、纤溶指标及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组FIB低于对照组,而APTT、PT高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组PAI-1、vWF低于对照组,t PA高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率为4.44%,低于对照组的17.78%(P<0.05)。结论:早期强化他汀联合双抗血小板应用于中高危颅内大动脉狭窄患者效果明显,可有效改善其凝血-纤溶指标,利于改善预后。

Objective:To investigate the effect of early intensive statins combined with dual antiplatelet on coagulationfibrinolysis indexes and prognosis in patients with middle and high risk intracranial artery stenosis.Methods:A total of 90patients with middle and high risk intracranial artery stenosis who were treated in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with early intensive statin therapy,while the observation group was treated with early intensive statin combined with dual antiplatelet therapy.The coagulation indexes,fibrinolytic indexes and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:FIB in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while APTT and PT were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).PAI-1 and vWF in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and tPA was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.44%,which was lower than 17.78%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early intensive statins combined with dual antiplatelet therapy in patients with middleand high-risk intracranial artery stenosis has obvious effect,which can effectively improve the coagulation-fibrinolysis index and improve the prognosis.
