自拟养心通痹汤治疗急性心肌梗死后缺血再灌注损伤患者的疗效分析

Effect of Self-made Yangxin Tongbi Decoction in the Treatment of Patients with Ischemic Reperfusion Injury After Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的:探讨自拟养心通痹汤治疗急性心肌梗死后缺血再灌注损伤患者疗效。方法:选取2018年7月—2020年3月我院收治的急性心肌梗死后缺血再灌注损伤患者112例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组56例。对照组采用常规溶栓药物治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用自拟养心通痹汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分变化及心肌损伤标记物[肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)]水平变化。结果:研究组总有效率为96.43%,高于对照组的73.21%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组胸闷心悸、舌质暗紫积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组CK、CK-MB水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟养心通痹汤治疗急性心肌梗死后缺血再灌注损伤患者可获确切疗效,能有效缓解患者临床症状,减轻心肌损伤。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of self-made Yangxin Tongbi Decoction in the treatment of ischemic reperfusion injury after acute myocardial infarction.Methods:A total of 112 patients with ischemic reperfusion injury after acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to March 2020 were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional thrombolytic drugs,and the study group was treated with self-made Yangxin Tongbi decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,changes of TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment and changes of myocardial injury markers[creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)]levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 96.43%,which was higher than 73.21%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of chest tightness,palpitation and dark purple tongue in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CK and CK-MB in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Yangxin Tongbi decoction in the treatment of patients with ischemic reperfusion injury after acute myocardial infarction can obtain exact curative effect,effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce myocardial injury.
