优质护理在急诊小儿手足口皮疹中的应用效果

Effect of Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b Combined with High Quality Nursing on Treatment Compliance

目的:探究优质护理在急诊小儿手足口皮疹中的应用效果对护理依从性及各项临床症状消失时间的影响。方法:选择2019年5月—2021年6月我院接诊的88例小儿手足口皮疹患儿的临床资料作为本次研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为常规组和研究组,每组44例。常规组患儿采取一般护理,研究组患儿采用优质护理,比较两组患儿临床症状消失时间、护理前后T淋巴细胞水平及免疫球蛋白水平。结果:研究组退热时间、手足口皮疹消退时间、口腔溃疡消退时间短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于护理前,CD8^(+)水平低于护理前,且研究组优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组IgM,IgA,IgG水平高于护理前,且研究组高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对小儿手足口皮疹实施优质护理后能够有效改善患儿的临床症状,纠正患儿异常的T淋巴细胞,改善患儿的免疫球蛋白水平,促进患儿早日康复,值得应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of high-quality nursing on nursing compliance and disappearance time of clinical symptoms in emergency pediatric hand-foot-mouth rash.Methods:The clinical data of 88 children with hand-footmouth rash admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were randomly divided into routine group and study group,with 44 cases in each group.The routine group received general nursing,and the study group received high quality nursing.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms,T lymphocyte level and immunoglobulin level before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The defervescence time,foot-mouth rash subsided time and oral ulcer subsided time in the study group were shorter than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the level of CD8^(+)was lower than that before nursing,and the study group was better than the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of IgM,IgA and IgG in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of high quality nursing for children with handfoot-mouth rash can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children,correct the abnormal T lymphocytes of children,improve the immunoglobulin level of children,and promote the early recovery of children,which is worthy of application.
