以山水城市为导向的城市新区湖库型城市湿地公园规划设计——以长治市漳泽湖国家城市湿地公园为例

Planning and Design of Lake-reservoir Type Urban Wetland Park in New City District Based on Shanshui City Theory——A Case Study of Zhangze Lake National Urban Wetland Park of Changzhi City

以山西省长治市漳泽湖湿地公园为例,探讨了在城市转型过程中城市新区湖库与城市的关系。在新时期背景下对“山水城市”理论重新解读,反思湖、城、山、人的联系及关系。从宏观规划到微观设计,通过水系疏通、耕地保护、提升绿量、文化梳理、景点注入,实现了该区域景观风貌的提升、自然生态的恢复,以及水、城格局的融合。希望能为更多转型中的临水城市提供相关借鉴,让这些拥有湖库的城市能因水而兴、临水而乐、与水共荣。

Based on the planning and design of the east bank of Zhangze Lake in Changzhi City,Shanxi Province,the relationship between the lake and the city in the process of urban transformation is discussed.By reinterpreting the theory of"shanshui city"in the new era,rethinking the connection among lake,city,mountain and people.From macro planning to micro design,through dredging water system,farmland protection,improving green quantity,cultural sorting and scenic spot injection,the region has realized the improvement of landscape style,the restoration of natural ecology and the integration of water and city pattern.It is hoped to provide relevant suggestions for more water-adjacent cities in transition,so that these cities can be prosperous,happy and co-prosperous with water.
