摘要
表面等离子体共振(Surfaceplasmon resonance,SPR)技术是一种免标记的高灵敏生物分子检测技术,近年来应用于疫苗研发生产和免疫效果评价多个领域,可实时监测抗原与抗体之间的生物分子相互作用。本文综述了SPR技术在疫苗研制、生产、流通和预防接种全过程中的应用,为提高疫苗研发和应用水平提供参考。
The surface plasmon resonance(SPR)technique is a label-free,high-sensitivity biomolecular detection method that has been used in many fields of vaccine development and production and immune effect evaluation in recent years.The technique can be used to monitor biomolecular interactions between antigens and antibodies in real time.In this article,we review the application of SPR techniques in the entire process of vaccine development,production,distribution,and vaccination to provide a reference for improving vaccine development and use.
