一叶知秋:外周微循环与冠状动脉微循环障碍的联系 被引量:1

Correlation between peripheral microcirculation and coronary microvascular dysfunction

摘要 微循环障碍已被认为是系统性的微血管疾病,冠状动脉微循环障碍(CMD)与外周微循环障碍间存在着紧密联系。CMD患者合并有不同程度的外周微循环异常,通过评价外周微血管功能可在一定程度上反映冠状动脉微循环情况。外周微血管系统可发挥间接评估冠状动脉微循环的作用,具有临床应用前景,但未来还需要更多的大样本研究来确定可有效预测CMD的外周微循环检测方法和诊断界值。该文对外周微循环障碍与CMD的联系进行了综述,以期从外周微循环角度为间接评估冠状动脉微循环提供新思路。
