乳聚丁苯橡胶胶乳门尼黏度的分析数据对装置生产有着关键的指导意义。阐述了某北方炼厂乳聚丁苯橡胶装置胶乳门尼黏度对产品的重要性,通过胶乳凝聚实验,分别对可能影响丁苯橡胶胶乳门尼黏度分析的5个因素进行了试验,并确定了最佳的分析试验条件,以保证丁苯橡胶装置胶乳门尼黏度分析的准确性,进而为丁苯橡胶装置的生产调整提供参考依据。

The Mooney viscosity data of emulsion-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber is a very critical instructor for the operation and optimization in ESBR plant. In this paper, the importance of the latex Mooney viscosity to the product of a latex polystyrene butadiene rubber plant in a northern refinery was expounded. Through the latex agglomeration experiment, the five factors affecting the analysis of the latex Mooney viscosity of styrene butadiene rubber were tested and determined. Optimal analysis and test conditions were determined to ensure the accuracy of latex Mooney viscosity analysis of styrene-butadiene rubber equipment, which can provide some reference for the production adjustment of styrene-butadiene rubber equipment.
